Marketing
Main Task and Accountabilities:
- Digital Marketing: Schedule and post content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance in content creation, community postings, and general tasks as needed.
- E-Commerce: Conduct data analysis, finance reconciliation, and reporting on a weekly basis or as required. Additional tasks may include monitoring, research, and competitor analysis across various platforms.
- Customer Service: Maintain the customer database, manage lead distribution, and update weekly reports.
- Events & Projects: Assist in the preparation and execution of events, including setup and on-site support during event days. Support the team with marketing project tasks as needed.
Technical Competencies:
- Data & Reporting: Strong understanding of data extraction from various platforms and proficiency in using Excel or other tools to create timely reports. Ability to perform general analysis based on presented data.
- Digital Knowledge: General understanding of various social media platforms and e- commerce capabilities. Stay up-to-date with current trends and tools in the digital world.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Capable of drafting and responding to communications in alignment with the organisation’s tone and manner.
- Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

As a TikTok Live Host, you will engage and entertain our audience in real-time through live streaming. You will showcase products, interact with viewers, and create a vibrant community.
Main Task and Accountabilities:
- Host Live Streams: Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, showcasing products or content.
- Engage with Audiences: Interact with viewers, answer questions, and provide professional advice during live streams to enhance customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Plan and execute creative ideas for live streams, including challenges, giveaways, and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the teams to align live streaming content with our brand’s strategy and goals.
- Stay Trendy: Keep up with the latest TikTok trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Comply Regulations: Comply with the relevant regulations of the platform and the company, and achieve the targeted results of the live broadcast.
- Monitor Performance: Track engagement metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of live sessions.

Laboratory Technicians are integral in ensuring that laboratories operate smoothly. They are responsible for accurately processing data, recording information, tracking inventory, and maintaining equipment, workspaces, and laboratory tools.
Main Task and Accountabilities:
- Conducting tests and experiments on samples.
- Collecting and preparing samples for testing.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Recording and analysing test results.
- Following safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting in the development of new techniques and protocols.
- Collaborating with other laboratory staff and researchers.
- Performing quality control checks on equipment and tests.
- Keeping the laboratory workspace clean and organised.
