PPF Elite Gloss

PPF Elite Gloss is IGL’s own paint protection film (PPF), a gloss-finish film built on an aliphatic TPU base. It is part of the PPF range IGL launched in October 2026.

What is in the film

Aliphatic TPU film
A heat-induced self-healing clear coat on top (cuts deep enough to reach the TPU will not recover)
Solvent acrylic adhesive underneath, with a PET release liner
Thickness: 191 µm installed (316 µm supplied)

Tested to GB, ASTM, SAE and FINAT standards

Gloss 96.8 at 60 degrees (GB 8807)
Haze 0.5% (GB/T 2410)
Colour change (delta E) 0.6 after 2,016 hours of UVA exposure (ASTM G154 Cycle 1)
