Hydrocoat Concentrate is the high-efficiency version of Hydrocoat’s rinse-off hydrophobic booster. It uses a high-load octyl-functional silane in a water-borne, VOC-compliant carrier to bond on contact and form a nano-thin slick layerthat forces water to bead and sheet off paint, glass, plastics and metals.

Dilute 1:30 with distilled water and you get the same spray-on, rinse-off results in under a minute, now at detailer-level economics. One 500 ml bottle makes up to 15 L (4 gal) of ready-to-use Hydrocoat booster.

Desired Volume – Concentrate – Water

1 L (34 oz) – 32 ml (1 oz) : 968 ml

5 L (1.3 gal) – 161 ml (5.4 oz) : 4.84 L

15 L (4 gal) – 484 ml (16 oz) : 14.52 L

Best practice: use distilled water (or RO/DI) for the cleanest results and best storage stability.

How to Use:

• Wash surface with Wash/Blizzard prior to application 
• Shake well
• Only use on wet and cool panels (avoid hot panels / direct sunlight) 
• Spray evenly onto the clean wet surface
• Immediately rinse with a large amount of water to activate and flush off excess 
• Dry as usual. Water-beading appears instantly and strengthens after a short cure 
• For best performance, use pressurised water spray / jet rinse
