Premier
Premier is a graphene-boosted ceramic sealant from IGL Coatings. Use it as a standalone sealant on paint, or as a maintenance booster over IGL ceramic coatings.
Premier is water-based. It is safe on matte and gloss paint, PPF and vinyl, and it is compatible with Ecocoat Poly, Quartz, Elixir, Quartz+, Arcane and Kenzo.
Premier uses IGL’s Graphene Infinite dispersion. Graphene Infinite is IGL’s own dispersion, and it uses ProShield+™ Lumina graphene additive from PETRONAS.
What’s improved
Premier’s current formulation, measured in-house by IGL R&D (cap slip angle on a tilting stage, gloss by glossmeter, scrub resistance on an abrasion scrub tester):
- Abrasion scrub test: previous formulation 4,000 cycles, now 7,000 cycles (75% more)
- Cap slip angle (lower is slicker): previous formulation 22.5°, now 8–9° (60–64% lower)
- Glossmeter reading: previous formulation 88.1 GU, now 91.2 GU (higher gloss)
The base chemistry is now amino-modified polysiloxane, graphene boosted, with 11% active material, up from 10%.
Water contact angle: previous formulation 100–101°, now 101–103°.
Premier lasts up to 6 months.
